Role Description

The Junior Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role involves supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Vplus services and strengthen brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with market research, preparing marketing materials, coordinating with sales and customer-facing teams, and helping manage digital and offline promotional activities. The Junior Marketing team member will monitor campaign performance, support event and webinar preparation, and ensure consistent messaging across channels. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and align marketing initiatives with business goals is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas effectively.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including data gathering, trend analysis, and competitor insights to support marketing decisions.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills to support client engagement, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with sales teams.
• Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills to assist in planning campaigns, positioning services, and supporting brand development.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, proficiency in MS Office or similar software, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
