Job summary

Avery Dennison Indonesia is seeking a Customer Service Professional to manage order processing, follow-up, and delivery accuracy for assigned accounts. You will respond to customer inquiries, coordinate with sales, production, and other departments, and ensure pricing integrity and timely shipments to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills, with 1–3 years in apparel or related industries.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales, production and others to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints and suggest cross-department improvements.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and order information.
• Support RBIS solutions and order-to-cash processes.
• Provide responsive order management and pricing integrity.
