You will respond to inquiries, manage bookings, and resolve concerns while coordinating with Operations to ensure smooth service delivery. Weekend and rotating shifts are required, and a laptop with reliable internet is necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent English communication (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work on weekends and rotating shifts.
• Own a laptop or desktop with reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via in-house system in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow SOPs and maintain high standard of customer service.
