Job summary

PT. MAGADA TIRTA AMERTA invites applicants for a Customer Service/Acquisition role based in Indonesia. You will guide consumers and partners in using products, handle inquiries and disputes, and deliver excellent service to maintain strong relationships.

The ideal candidate has a D3/S1 degree with a minimum GPA 2.75, strong Bahasa and English communication, 50 WPM typing, empathy, energy, and adaptability. Fresh graduates are welcome with up to 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Min D3/S1 degree with a GPA of 2.75.
• Clear articulation and good communication in Bahasa.
• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Typing speed of 50 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Able to speak English with at least passive proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from all verticals including registration, acquisition, and sales transaction.
• Educate consumers and partners on products, and promotional campaigns, as well as troubleshoot when they have difficulties.
• To resolve consumers and partners problems quickly and effectively with empathy and care.
• Perform administrative tasks involving a partner's account (credit top-up, changes in partner's information, etc.)
• Requirements:
• Min D3/S1 any major With a GPA of 2,75
