Job summary

PT Bank Digital BCA (BCA Digital) is seeking a motivated intern to educate partners about our products, drive blu acquisition, and manage key relationships across business groups in Bali.

The 6-month full-time internship requires strong communication, event coordination, and the ability to speak at events to introduce our product knowledge to the public. The role is based in Bali, with hands-on campaigns and on-ground initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any majors.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to represent the company at events and be a speaker for product introductions to the public.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
• Committed to a 6-month full-time internship.
• Position based in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging product education sessions with partners to drive blu acquisition and awareness.
• Be the go-to person in charge of managing strategic relationships across business groups.
• Execute partnerships through events, collaborations, and sales-driven initiatives.

• Play an active role in executing impactful on-ground initiatives.
