Job summary

DOKU in Bali is offering an Intern - Regional Business Support role that helps streamline merchant data, onboarding, and administrative workflows within our growing payments platform.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to enable smooth integrations, prepare reports on transaction volumes, and gain hands-on experience in business operations while developing professional skills in a fast-paced tech company.

Qualifications

• Ongoing students or fresh graduates of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Willing to work from Bali.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage administrative documents related to merchant data, including new sales proposals and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date merchant records in the company database.
• Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchant partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Engineering) to ensure smooth technical integration and timely go-live
• Analyse recurring merchant challenges and identify opportunities for the business to better address those needs
• Support the creation of business reports on payment transaction volumes for specified periods and selected merchants.
• Ensure accuracy of transaction data and present findings in a clear, actionable format

About The Role

This position will play a key role in managing administrative workflows, facilitating partner onboarding, and gathering merchant insights to improve our services.
