Job summary

Nomads Giving Back! is offering a full-time internship in Bali for a student eager to learn startup growth. You will support Bali's Best Deals, Impact Trips, and the community events, gaining hands-on experience in canvassing, partner onboarding, travel logistics, and content collection.

You will work closely with the COO and gain practical exposure to B2B outreach, operations, and event coordination while contributing to a positive guest experience in Bali.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a university student seeking an internship (Magang Mandiri / PKL).
• Based in Bali and available for in-person work in Ubud.
• Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn how a startup operates.
• Strong organizational and data-entry abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Bali's Best Deals membership app support, onboarding, data entry, and marketing asset creation.
• Support Impact Trips logistics, booking management, and guest experiences on the ground.
• Moderate online community spaces and assist with in-person events and logistics.
• Shadow lead coordinators during trips and help capture feedback and media for marketing.

Role Summary

We're looking for an outgoing, driven, and organized Business Development & Sales Intern to learn the ropes of startup growth! In this highly operational role, you will get hands-on experience supporting our growth across Bali's Best Deals and Impact Trips. This is a perfect opportunity for a student looking to gain real-world experience in B2B canvassing, product operations, and travel logistics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Bali's Best Deals (Membership App) Support

• Canvassing Assistance: Support the team in identifying leads, reaching out to potential partners (cafes, restaurants), and shadowing sales calls.
• Onboarding & Data Entry: Assist in processing partner onboarding. Keep partner details, listings, and promotions accurately updated in our system.
• Marketing & Member Support: Help create basic marketing assets for partners and assist members in understanding how to navigate the app.

2. Impact Trips Support

• Trip Logistics: Assist in the behind-the-scenes trip planning, booking management, and communication with local vendors and guides.
• Hosting Assistance: Shadow and assist our lead coordinators during Impact Trips, helping to ensure a smooth, welcoming guest experience on the ground.
• Content Collection: Capture raw photos, videos, and participant feedback during trips to share with the marketing team.

3. Online Community & Events

• Community Moderation: Help monitor our WhatsApp communities, answer basic questions, and keep the energy high.
• Event Setup: Provide hands-on operational support during in-person community events, connecting with attendees and assisting with logistics.
