Job summary

Leafy - Anugerah Pramita Lestari (APL) invites applications for a Business Development Intern to assist structured hotel sales processes in the hospitality B2B segment. You will research hotels, manage outreach, prepare meetings and demos, and hand off closed deals to Operations, supervised by the Operations Director.

You will document activities in CRM, help prepare proposals, and create weekly progress reports while learning sales, business development, and hospitality industry fundamentals on

Qualifications

• Active student or fresh graduate.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to follow SOPs.
• Willing to perform administrative and field activities as directed.
• Willing to attend onsite activities and meetings in Jakarta and Bali as needed.
• Possess a motorcycle with active Class C driving license.
• Possess a car with active Class A driving license.
• Interest in learning sales, business development, B2B, or hospitality industry.

This Business Development Intern role involves supporting structured sales processes within the hospitality B2B segment.
