Cahaya Jakarta in Jakarta is seeking a motivated Customer Service / Sales Support professional with 2+ years in B2B manufacturing. You will handle POs, coordinate with production, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining accurate admin records.

Responsibilities include monitoring stock, reviewing COA data from suppliers, and preparing quotations for clients, with a focus on preserving customer satisfaction and efficient cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming POs and create corresponding sales orders.

• Follow up on outstanding payments with Finance and Sales.
• Prepare daily activity and delivery reports using Trello or similar tools.
• Track and support resolution of customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations for products and services offered to clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Manufacture Customer Service or Sales Support, preferably within the printing & packaging industry.
• Experience handling complain and request customer
• Communicative and Execellent personality
• Attention to detail
• Experienced in data reporting
• Good Negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be Placed in Cikarang, West Java.

Job Descriptions:

• Handle incoming Purchase Orders (PO) and create corresponding Sales Orders accurately.
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure availability and timely fulfillment.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to align production schedules and delivery timelines.
• Review and verify Certificate of Analysis (COA) information from suppliers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure all customer-related administrative processes are carried out accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Finance and Sales teams to follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
• Prepare and update daily activity and delivery reports using Trello or other project management tools.
• Track and support the resolution process of customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations for products and services offered to clients in a timely and professional manner.
