Job summary

Cahaya Jakarta Group, a leading labeling and packaging company in Indonesia, seeks a Sales Executive to drive new business and strengthen client relationships in West Java. You will identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The role requires 2+ years in B2B sales, fluency in English, CRM proficiency, and a track record of meeting targets. Based in Cikarang, occasional travel to clients may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; GPA preferred.
• Fluent English is mandatory (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in labeling/packaging is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is expected.
• Valid SIM A driving license; willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java.

• Hunt for new leads and convert prospects into customers to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major; graduates from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00 are preferred.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Able to demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge during client interactions.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in similar industries such as label printing, packaging, or related fields, and having an B2B customer database (FMCG, national, and multinational companies).
• Proven track record of over‑achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity and proficiency with CRM systems.
• Possess a valid SIM A driving license.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java.
