Job summary

AYANA Komodo is seeking a seasoned Cruise Manager to oversee all cruise operations and activities onboard. You will collaborate with the cruise director and crew to ensure guests have a seamless and memorable experience.

You will coordinate daily itineraries, supervise guest services, entertainment, and safety procedures, and address guest feedback while maintaining the highest service standards across the voyage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cruise industry operations and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
