• Prospecting: Continuous expansion of relationship beyond existing clients base, establish/maintain strong relationship with existing clients to identify new opportunities.
• Pre‑sales: Develop discussion materials and proposals and convince and agree with the clients, also proactively collaborate with other functions/ offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of professional work experience.
• Proven experience working in a business consulting firm.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Team Lead role within a consulting environment.
• Exposure to multiple industries and business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to lead hypothesis‑driven approaches and data-based analysis.
• Demonstrates high integrity, curiosity, adaptability, and a strong willingness to continuously learn and develop as a consultant.
