Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• MBA or Lean Six Sigma certification may be preferred.
• Experience in business operations, management consulting, or a related field.
• Experience analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to analyze complex data, understand trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Strong problem‑solving capabilities to address business challenges and optimize operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Understanding of industry‑specific operations and best practices.
• Familiarity with business software and tools for data analysis, project management, and process modeling (ERP, CRM, statistical software).

Responsibilities

• Identify and streamline key business processes, focusing on areas such as manufacturing, lean production, product development, supply chain, purchasing, and service-oriented operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Utilize comprehensive data analysis to provide actionable insights, guiding strategic planning and operational improvements for our clients.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across various operational areas, presenting findings and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement industry best practices and operational policies, ensuring optimal resource utilization and the successful execution of client projects.

Qualifications
