Job summary

TechConnect GmbH seeks a seasoned project delivery professional to plan and coordinate internal and external consulting projects.

You will ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines outlined in client proposals, while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to define topics and budgets. Strong leadership and budget management experience are essential.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s degree, in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or business development, with a general understanding of consulting business management.
• Strong analytical capabilities, supported by proficiency in financial modelling and business analysis.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Good understanding of consulting proposal structures and project budgeting.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills to coordinate project delivery teams, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
