Job summary

ABeam Consulting Indonesia invites a results-driven project management consultant to join our operations and IT transformation practice. You will visualize business operations, define optimal processes, and coordinate between clients and vendors to accelerate decision making.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, proactive project facilitation, and strong communication across stakeholders. English proficiency is required and experience in consulting or finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Consulting Company or Finance industry, specializing in Operation and IT transformation.
• Experienced in overall project management (Business requirement, IT and operation implementation) with proven track record and keeping up to date with industry standard practices.
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze data and derive hypothesis logically.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill. Not hesitate to discuss with Clients at equivalent level and good at constructing good relationship.
• Integrity, curiosity and strong willing ness to learn new things from any situation as a professional consultant.
• Participate in pre-sales activities as needed to contribute to new business acquisition.
• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
