You will visualize business operations, identify pain points, and define optimal solutions based on data, working with client teams and vendors to accelerate decisions.

The role emphasizes proactive project governance, strong communication, and the ability to analyze data, develop hypotheses, and support pre‑sales activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or finance industries focusing on operation and IT transformation.
• End-to-end project management experience including business requirements, IT and operations implementation.
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze data and form logical hypotheses.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with clients at senior levels.
• Demonstrated integrity, curiosity and willingness to learn as a professional consultant.
• Participation in pre-sales activities to help acquire new business.
• Proficient in English with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.

• Initiate and facilitate meetings between Client & Vendors in order to accelerate decision making and issue solving.
• Proactive and be responsible for the smoothness of the project.
• Collaborate with other parties/business partners and maintain good communication with them.
• Foster good communication and atmosphere among Project Teams.
• Standardize overall project deliverables based on ABeam Project management methodology.
• Keep learning and developing new skills, as well as encourage team member's skills development.

• Good communication and interpersonal skill. Not hesitate to discuss with Clients at equivalent level and good at constructing good relationship.
• Integrity, curiosity and strong willingness to learn new things from any situation as a professional consultant.
• Participate in pre-sales activities as needed to contribute to new business acquisition.
• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
