Job summary

IdSurvey by IdWeb S.r.l. in Jakarta, Indonesia, seeks a PMO – Project Controller to coordinate, monitor, and control the CRM implementation across the organization. You will work with the PMO Lead, IT, business stakeholders and partners to keep the project within scope, schedule and budget.

Key duties include maintaining the integrated project plan, tracking milestones, managing risks and issues, preparing reports for Steering Committee meetings, and ensuring proper documentation and handover.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the integrated project plan with milestones and trackers.
• Monitor progress, expenditure, and resources against plans; follow up on variances.
• Coordinate activities across business, IT and partners through requirements, config, data migration, testing and deployment.
• Maintain risk, issue and dependency logs; escalate as needed for decisions.
• Prepare dashboards, progress reports, and briefing materials for reviews.
• Facilitate coordination meetings; document actions and ensure timely completion.
• Track partner deliverables and manage change control documentation.
