Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in STEM, Finance, Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, PMO, business operations, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn operational and financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Working understanding of financial concepts, including AR/AP processes, cash flow, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with commercial legal agreements (NDA, MSA, SOW) and basic risk management principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the framework for tracking project performance, workforce utilization, and financial health.
• Support workforce planning by aligning resource allocation with business priorities and forecasts.
• Analyze operational and financial data to surface actionable insights and improve forecasting and risk reporting.
• Administer resource allocation and timesheet governance to improve productivity and compliance.
• Support development and execution of key legal agreements (NDA, MSA, SOW) with Legal.
• Assist AR/AP activities to ensure financial accuracy and healthy cash flow.
• Assist with vendor management including market scanning, evaluation, and negotiations.
• Measure success by reporting accuracy, resource utilization quality, and timely vendor coordination.
