Job summary

PT Prasetia Dwidharma is seeking a Senior Project Controller to oversee the full project life cycle, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, deliverables, and targets while coordinating with Sales, Operations, Planning & Solution, and Finance. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Financial Management, or related field.
5–8 years total experience in Telecommunications, ISP, TechCo, IT Services, or Managed Services industries.
Minimum 3 years in Supervisor PMO/Project Control role.
Experience in monitoring, reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination.
Strong knowledge of Project Management and PMO, including Agile and Waterfall methods.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee and control the entire project cycle, including timeline, milestone, deliverables, and project target achievement
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, constraints, and delays
Ensure project execution aligns with targets, work plans, and company standards
Act as liaison between Sales, Operations, Planning & Solution, and Finance teams
Follow up on outstanding action items related to project progress
Prepare and present periodic project progress reports, including weekly status, progress, constraints, and achievements
Monitor and analyse sales pipeline to assess project potential and feasibility in supporting company targets
Prepare forecasting for operational and financial project aspects as basis for management decision-making
Conduct data analysis and provide relevant insights to support project planning and control
Control cash advance usage to support project operational needs and Sales-related activities
Monitor and reconcile transactions related to project operations to ensure accurate and accountable recording
Ensure project financial administration and documentation are organised neatly and comply with company procedures
Monitor and coordinate outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) collection process with Sales and Finance teams
Follow up on outstanding receivables to help maintain smooth project and company cash flow

As Senior Project Controller, you will oversee and control the entire project cycle, including timeline, milestone, deliverables, and achievement of project targets. You will serve as a bridge between Sales, Operations, Planning & Solution, and Finance teams to ensure all project processes run in a coordinated, measurable manner aligned with company targets. You will be responsible for ensuring projects run according to schedule, controlling operational and financial aspects, and supporting company target achievement through monitoring pipeline, forecasting, and accounts receivable management.

About you

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Financial Management, or related field

Total work experience of 5–8 years, particularly in Telecommunications, ISP, Technology Company (TechCo), IT Services, or Managed Services industries

Minimum 3 years experience in Supervisor position or role with primary responsibility in Project Control / PMO

Experience in managing project monitoring, reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination

Strong understanding of Project Management and PMO, including Agile and Waterfall methods

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience working with data

Ability to conduct project pipeline analysis, feasibility assessment, forecasting, and project performance evaluation

Understanding of budgeting, cash advance, financial control, and AR monitoring

Good communication, coordination, and negotiation capabilities to work with various functions

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with high accuracy

Business acumen and ability to understand relationships between project operations, business targets, and company financial conditions

Detail-oriented with high sense of responsibility and ability to work with tight deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets including Pivot Table, Data Analysis, Dashboard & Reporting, and Forecasting

Experience using Project Management Tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or similar tools

Ability to prepare informative project reports and dashboards for monitoring and management decision-making
