Job summary

IdSurvey by IdWeb S.r.l. in Jakarta, Indonesia, seeks a PMO – Project Controller to coordinate, monitor, and control the CRM implementation across the organization. You will work with the PMO Lead, IT, business stakeholders and partners to keep the project within scope, schedule and budget.

• Maintain risk, issue and dependency logs; escalate as needed for decisions.
• Prepare dashboards, progress reports, and briefing materials for reviews.
• Facilitate coordination meetings; document actions and ensure timely completion.
• Track partner deliverables and manage change control documentation.

PMO – Project Controller, CRM Implementation

Employment Type: Project-based contract, full-time

Location: Jakarta, on-site

The role supports the Project Management Office (PMO) in coordinating, monitoring, and controlling the implementation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system across the organization.

You will work closely with the PMO Lead, business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to keep project execution aligned with the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables.

1. Maintain and update the integrated project plan, implementation schedule, milestones, and progress trackers in coordination with relevant workstream owners.
2. Monitor project progress, expenditure, and resource utilization against approved plans, identify deviations, and follow up on corrective actions.
3. Coordinate activities and dependencies across business teams, IT, and implementation partners throughout requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, integration, testing, and deployment.
4. Maintain project risk, issue, and dependency logs, track mitigation and resolution actions, and escalate matters requiring management decisions.
5. Prepare project dashboards, progress reports, briefing notes, and presentation materials for project reviews and Steering Committee meetings.
6. Facilitate project coordination meetings, document key decisions and action items, and follow up with responsible parties to ensure timely completion.
7. Track implementation partners’ deliverables and support change control processes, ensuring that scope changes, approvals, and deliverable acceptance are properly documented.
8. Monitor user acceptance testing (UAT), training, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization activities, including outstanding issues and handover requirements.
9. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation while safeguarding confidential business and customer information.
