In this transformational position, you will build long-term client partnerships, organize targeted seminars, and align internal stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction and growth for Nutreco’s animal nutrition and aquafeed portfolio.

Qualifications

• Plans how to establish and maintain major account relationships and meet personal sales targets.
• Organise customized customer seminars and coordinate applicable targeted marketing activities.
• Able to uncover the crucial needs and requirements of the customer, link this to Nutreco solutions and products and finally closing deals.
• Proactively align internal organization and all relevant stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Establishes and builds strong client relationships over time for continuity and representation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain major account relationships and hit sales targets.
• Organise customized customer seminars and coordinate marketing activities.
• Uncover customer needs and link to Nutreco solutions to close deals.
• Align internal organization and stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies for national/global accounts with sales management.
• Monitor competitive activity and formulate appropriate response strategies.
