Job summary

PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) membuka peluang bagi kandidat magang yang berdedikasi untuk mendukung tim Talent Acquisition di Tangerang. Peran ini fokus pada administrasi perekrutan dan koordinasi lintas tim.

Anda akan mengumpulkan dan memproses data, membuat laporan mingguan dan bulanan, serta mendukung acara atau proyek Talent Acquisition. Diharapkan memiliki gelar Sarjana di Psikologi atau TI/Matematika, mahir Excel, serta kemampuan analitis, komunikasi, dan manajemen prioritas

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di Psikologi atau TI/Matematika. Mahasiswa tahun akhir dipersilakan.
• Menguasai Microsoft Excel.
• Memiliki kemampuan analitis & konseptual yang baik.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
• Mampu mengatur dan memprioritaskan pekerjaan untuk memenuhi tenggat waktu.

Responsibilities

• Membantu administrasi perekrutan secara umum dengan berkoordinasi dengan tim talent acquisition atau pihak terkait.
• Pengumpulan dan pengolahan data. Mengumpulkan dan memproses data dari saluran akuisisi bakat untuk mengidentifikasi data agar selalu terkini.
• Membuat laporan mingguan/bulanan.
• Mendukung acara/proyek di tim talent acquisition.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Assist in general recruitment administrative by coordinating with talent acquisition team or user.
• Data Collection and Processing. Gather and process data from talent acquisition channels to identify, analysis so the data always up-to date
• Create report weekly/monthly
• Support event/project in talent acquisition team

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor degree in Psychology or Information Technology / Mathematic. Final year students are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Have good analytical & conceptual thinking
• Have good communication skill
• Must have the ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines
