Job summary

Gentem Indonesia Lifelong Learning is seeking a results-oriented Corporate Solutions Specialist to drive B2B sales, build strategic partnerships, and tailor learning solutions for client growth. This role reports to the Corporate Solutions team and is based in Indonesia.

You will lead end-to-end sales, engage HR and L&D leaders, and use CRM data to forecast and deliver proposals that align with Gentem's standards and client needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to find and qualify leads and understand client needs.
• Experience in delivering clear, convincing sales presentations.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Strong outbound sales skills and healthy sales pipeline management.
• Understanding of CRM, sales documentation, and data-driven decisions.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in training or education services.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with HR, L&D, and business leaders to boost engagement and renewals.
• Identify new corporate clients and tailor English and education solutions.
• Manage the full B2B sales process from prospecting to closing and follow-up.
• Create training proposals aligned with client needs and Gentem standards.
• Use CRM and sales data to manage the pipeline and forecast sales accurately.
