Job summary

Kredivo Group in Indonesia seeks a Product Support to help maintain the quality, stability, and performance of core product features. You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure smooth product operations, effective issue management, and seamless execution across the product lifecycle.

In this role, you'll log, track, and prioritize product issues and bugs, ensuring engineering teams can quickly reproduce and resolve them.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in product management, fintech/payments knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/business or related field.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in SQL querying.
• Familiar with Agile development processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Check ticketing system daily and respond to SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures.
• Monitor product dashboards periodically.
• Monitor production alerts.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on solutions.
• Debug web applications.
