Job summary

Kredivo is hiring a Product Support to join our Indonesia team to maintain the quality, stability, and performance of core product features. You’ll work with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities include logging, tracking and prioritizing product issues, escalating incidents when needed, and contributing to cross-functional communications to support the product roadmap execution.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in product roles with fintech/payments knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or related field.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting mindset.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Good understanding of Agile processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily ticketing system checks and SLA responses.
• Root-cause analysis and preventive measures during incidents.
• Periodic monitoring of product dashboard.
• Monitor production alerts.
• Collaborate with engineering/product teams to implement solutions.
• Debugging web applications.
