Job summary

RIA ULUWATU in Bali is seeking a Cook with at least 2 years' experience in hotel or restaurant settings to join our kitchen team.

The role covers breakfast, lunch, dinner and other F&B requirements; you will maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
• Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, food hygiene, and safety standards.
• Able to monitor food stock and minimize food waste.
• Able to join immediately or within a short notice period.
• Physically fit, responsible, disciplined, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good English communication skills are preferred.
