The Night Host will manage access, assist with facilities and amenities, monitor security, and respond promptly to inquiries while maintaining high service standards and professionalism throughout night operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Ability to interact confidently with diverse individuals.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work evening/night shifts.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.

About the role

We are seeking a Coworking Host - Night Host to join Daewoong Bio Indonesia in South Kuta, Bali. This is a contract position offering an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional guest services during evening and night-time hours at our coworking facility. As Night Host, you will be the key point of contact for members and guests during off-peak hours, ensuring a welcoming, secure, and professionally maintained environment. This role is crucial in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence across our coworking space.

Key responsibilities

Greeting and welcoming members and guests as they arrive, providing warm and professional customer service throughout their stay

Assisting members with access to coworking facilities, meeting rooms, and amenities during evening and night-time hours

Monitoring and maintaining the security and cleanliness of common areas, workspaces, and facilities

Responding promptly and professionally to member inquiries, requests, and concerns

Managing the sign-in and registration process for visitors and evening events

Ensuring all facilities are properly secured and systems are functioning correctly before closing

Providing information about available services, facilities, and membership benefits

Handling basic administrative tasks related to evening operations

Maintaining a calm, professional demeanor and managing any issues that arise during night-time hours

Supporting the overall member experience through proactive and attentive service delivery

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, front office, or coworking environments preferred

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with diverse individuals

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Reliability and flexibility to work evening and night-time shifts

Ability to remain calm and professional in various situations

Basic problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach

Proficiency in English; Indonesian language skills are advantageous

Physical ability to perform duties such as monitoring facilities and light maintenance tasks

Willingness to work independently whilst maintaining high service standards

Familiarity with basic computer systems and point-of-sale operations is beneficial
