Job summary

Daewoong Bio Indonesia (DBI) is seeking an HR leader in Bali to design and run fair, objective performance evaluations and compensation systems that recognize capability and contribution.

You will establish a talent acquisition strategy, partner with business leaders to deliver practical HR solutions, and oversee labor compliance and employee relations for the Bali team. This role reports to Korea HQ and supports talent development across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience in HR Generalist, HRBP, or HR Operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Establish and run the talent acquisition strategy to secure high-quality talent.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver HR solutions and drive employee development and talent-management initiatives.
• As Bali's primary HR contact, manage employee relations and provide HR guidance under Indonesian labor law and company policy.

As DBI's HR leader, you'll lead the systems that attract, grow, and fairly reward great people.

Build and operate objective, fair, and consistent performance evaluation and compensation systems, so capability and contribution — not age or tenure — are recognized transparently. This is the backbone of a company where great work is seen and rewarded.

Talent Acquisition Strategy

Establish and run the talent acquisition strategy that secures the high-quality talent DBI needs to grow — defining the standards and frameworks for how we attract and select the best people.

Partner with business leaders to understand organizational and workforce needs and deliver practical HR solutions. Drive employee development and talent-management initiatives so people can perform, grow, and build meaningful careers, and proactively surface organizational and employee issues to strengthen engagement and effectiveness.

Employee Relations & Labor Compliance

As the primary HR contact in Bali, handle employee relations and provide HR guidance to employees and managers in line with Indonesian labor law and company policy, ensuring timely resolution of HR matters. Oversee foreign-employee work-permit compliance (visa, KITAS, RPTKA) as part of sound HR governance.

Serve as the key person for communication between the Korea headquarters and Bali organization team for executive reporting and key management meetings.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or HR Operations role with broad HR exposure.
• Fluent in Korean and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive and hands‑on approach to identifying and resolving HR and organizational issues.
• Willing and able to be based in Bali.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience working in a Korean company or multinational company.
• Experience partnering with business leaders on talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, employee development, and organizational initiatives.
