Job summary

Daewoong Bio Indonesia is seeking a proactive runner to support event operations in Bali. You will help set up spaces, assist participants and instructors, manage logistics, and ensure smooth on-site execution of multiple events.

The role involves greeting attendees, coordinating with multiple departments, and assisting with post-event cleanup. This is a dynamic, hands-on position based in Bali, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up event spaces and ensuring SOP-aligned preparation.
• Provide on-site event support, assist participants and instructors.
• Handle logistics and coordinate with F&B and other departments.
• Greet participants, guide them, and provide directions.
• Assist in clean-up and breakdown, maintain equipment storage.
• Support the event coordinator and manage multiple events when needed.

What you'll be doing

1. 1. Event Setup & Preparation
   Assist in setting up event spaces (furniture, equipment, signage, materials)
   Ensure all event requirements are prepared according to plan and SOP
   Coordinate with the event team before the event starts
2. 2. On-site Event Support
   Support smooth event operations during the event
   Assist participants, guests, and instructors as needed
   Handle last-minute requests and operational needs quickly
3. 3. Logistics & Coordination
   Deliver and move items between locations as required
   Coordinate with F&B, operations, and other departments
   Ensure all materials and equipment are available on time
4. 4. Guest Service
   Greet and guide participants during events
   Provide basic information and directions
   Ensure a positive and organized event experience
5. 5. Clean-up & Breakdown
   Assist in dismantling event setup after completion
   Ensure all equipment and materials are returned and stored properly
   Maintain cleanliness of event area
6. 6. General Support
   Follow instructions from the event coordinator or manager
   Support multiple events if required
   Maintain professionalism, flexibility, and responsiveness
