Job summary

The AVP - COO Performance & Planning will lead end-to-end governance of COO performance, focusing on revenue performance, forecasting, and action-driven execution. The role acts as a central performance control tower, aligning targets with actual results and surfacing risks and interventions.

Collaborating with Business Planning, S&D, Circles, Finance, and other functions, you will consolidate plans, drive corrective actions, and ensure timely delivery of management insights and recommendations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in business/commercial planning, performance management, strategy, or sales operations.
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen in revenue planning and performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and drive accountability across functions.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate revenue targets, actuals, forecasts, gaps, and recovery plans across the COO organization.
• Manage revenue reduction initiatives and align targets with planning.
• Coordinate with COO-related functions to ensure action points are tracked and completed.
