Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in corporate planning, business operations, or strategic finance.
• Strong financial literacy and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive company-wide OKR rollout with cross-functional alignment.
• Lead the annual Strategic Plan with clear milestones and budgets.
• Streamline core processes through automation and AI adoption.
• Partner with Finance to assess performance and ROI of initiatives.
• Build dashboards and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Manage high-impact corporate projects end-to-end with timely updates.
