Job summary

The role involves performing credit checks, approving shipments, and maintaining accurate invoicing records. You will collaborate with finance to set up AR collection plans and support risk-managed sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented, careful, and patient with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and comprehension; able to work cross-functionally.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; able to present data clearly.
• Good in English, Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts from start to finish, including signing and filing.
• Prepare and review business quotations to ensure accuracy with internal policies.
• Coordinate order flow and facilitate internal communication across departments.
• Perform credit checks and shipment approvals to support risk-managed sales.
• Review and maintain records of customer invoicing details.
• Set up and follow accounts receivable collection plans with finance.
