CBRE Contract Support Associate role located in Jakarta centers on delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support for a major business unit or account.

You will ensure contract scope is followed, manage billing processes, review invoices, and support monthly financial and operational reporting while promoting health, safety, and quality (QHSE) standards across systems.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED with relevant job experience.
• Familiarity with financial and operational processes is required.
• Ability to communicate complex content concisely.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely service delivery.
• Understand contract scope and ensure work follows it.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and manage sub-contractor paperwork.
• Review invoices, code cost centers, and assist billing processes.
• Deliver monthly reporting and assist HSE/QHSE documentation.
• Analyze data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
