MBG in Semarang, Indonesia is seeking a contracts-focused professional to draft, review, and manage agreements from start to finish. You will prepare quotations that align with internal policies and coordinate order flow across departments to ensure smooth operations.

The role involves performing credit checks, approving shipments, and maintaining accurate invoicing records. You will collaborate with finance to set up AR collection plans and support risk-managed sales activities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented, careful, and patient with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and comprehension; able to work cross-functionally.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; able to present data clearly.
• Good in English, Mandarin is a plus.
