You will prepare and cook according to SOP, ensure consistent taste and presentation, and support a collaborative kitchen team. Qualifications include a high school diploma, prior F&B kitchen experience preferred, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Cook or Kitchen Staff in the F&B industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene.
• Able to work in a team and under pressure.
• Responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Position: Cook.
• Employment Type: Contract.
• Work Location: Based on company placement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients according to food safety standards.
• Monitor ingredient availability and report stock shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow kitchen operational procedures and work schedules.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
