Job summary

PT Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia mencari kandidat untuk posisi Manufacturing Excellence di fasilitas Nabati Plant Majalengka. Peran ini fokus pada peningkatan berkelanjutan melalui penerapan Lean, Kaizen, dan PDCA, serta analisis data kinerja untuk mengidentifikasi peluang perbaikan.

Calon ideal memiliki minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di environment FMCG manufacturing dan kemampuan berkolaborasi lintas fungsi, dengan komitmen untuk bekerja di Majalengka, West Java.

Qualifications

• Min. D4/S1 (Bachelor's Degree) in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related disciplines.
• Min. 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering within a FMCG Manufacturing Environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, PDCA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience in Genba observations, identifying operational losses, and driving improvement initiatives.
• Familiar with OEE, Productivity, Downtime, and Quality Metrics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willing to work at Nabati Plant, Majalengka, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational inspections to ensure production activities comply with standards and SOPs.
• Analyze operational performance and data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by coordinating corrective actions and ensuring timely implementation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulations through monitoring and audits.
• Support standardization and implementation of new procedures by coordinating with cross-functional teams.

• Min. 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Excellence, Continous Improvement, Industrial Engineering within a FMCG Manufacturing Environment.

• Experience in conducting Genba from process observation, identifying operational losses, and driving improvement initiatives.
• Familiar with manufacturing indicators such as OEE, Productivity, Downtime, and Quality Metrics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to build strong relationship to drive improvement initiatives.
• Willing to work in Nabati Plant, Majalengka, West Java.

Resbonsibilities

• Support standardization and implementation of new operational procedures and work methods by coordinating with cross-functional teams and monitoring execution across production areas.
