Job summary

PT NOVA TRADING INDONESIA is seeking a Sales Representative to develop and retain customers across assigned areas. You will conduct store visits, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth transaction processes while gathering market insights and supporting sales programs.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience, SMA/SMK or equivalent, strong communication, and willingness to travel within Surabaya and Malang.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Representative, Sales Executive, or similar position.
• Preferred in Consumer Electronics industry.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and meet targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel officially and domicile in Surabaya or Malang.

Job description

Responsible for customer development and retention by identifying prospective customers, developing new customers, and maintaining existing customers based on sales targets. Responsible for collecting and providing market information, product promotion and sales, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

Conduct regular visits to stores, dealers and outlets according to assigned area

Conduct sales negotiations and ensure transaction processes run smoothly

Collect market information, competitor activities, pricing, and sales trends

Create daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to superiors

Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to support sales programs

About you

Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Representative, Sales Executive, or similar position, preferably in Consumer Electronics industry

Minimum SMA/SMK equivalent education, minimum 2-3 years sales experience

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Target-oriented and able to work under pressure

Ability to build customer relationships

Sales motivation, willingness to face challenges, teamwork, strong execution drive

SIM C/SIM A and personal vehicle are advantageous

Willing to conduct official travel according to placement area

Domiciled in Surabaya and Malang preferred
