Job summary

Candidate should have mining/geology education, SIM A, and a proven track record in field supervision, with strong leadership and adaptability to work in a dynamic mining

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK or D3/S1 in Mining, Geology, or related fields.
• POP certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Foreman (D3/S1) or 3 years (SMA/SMK).
• Good understanding of mining operations, fleet control, and field supervision.
• Able to operate LV (SIM A required).
• Strong leadership, discipline, and adaptability.
• Committed to K3 & environmental compliance.
• Willing to work onsite in Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.

Responsibilities

• Lead and control daily production activities based on Daily Work Instruction.
• Monitor hourly production using CCR data and resolve field constraints.
• Ensure operators perform P2H before equipment operation.
• Conduct safety briefings and field inspections.
• Control manpower attendance and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and Grade Control teams.
