Interport is seeking a construction coordination professional to oversee daily activities within mining infrastructure projects. The role requires coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring progress per plan, and maintaining safety and quality on-site.

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years in construction coordination, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience with project management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of construction coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of mining infrastructure and safety regulations.
• Experience in remote or challenging environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure progress per plan.
• Coordinate between engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, quality control, and on-site safety.
• Facilitate client interface and stakeholder updates.
• Report progress, delays, or issues in a timely manner.
• Optimize manpower, equipment, and materials allocation.
• Track deliveries and logistics to prevent project delays.
• Support turnover and handover at project completion.
