Job summary

Worley seeks an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Construction Lead for a remote mining project. You will provide on-site supervision, review drawings, coordinate testing, and ensure compliance with ITPs and project standards.

The successful candidate has a Bachelor's in Electrical/Instrumentation/Control Engineering, 8–12+ years of field experience in mining or heavy industry, and strong English communication. Willingness to rotate on site is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Control Engineering or related field.
• 8–12+ years of relevant Electrical & Instrumentation construction or site supervision experience.
• Experience in mining, mineral processing or large industrial projects.
• Experience working in PMC/EPCM/EPC or Owner's Engineer environments is preferred.
• Strong QA/QC, ITP, NCR, and construction documentation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day field engineering support and supervision for E&I construction activities.
• Review drawings, specs, ITPs and test reports; ensure conformance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with PMC/engineering teams to resolve issues and ensure schedule milestones.
• Witness inspections and tests; manage interface with other disciplines and commissioning teams.
• Ensure HSE compliance and safe working practices on site.
