Job summary

PT Baruna Dirga Dharma in Kalimantan Tengah seeks Civil Engineering professional to plan, supervise, and deliver port infrastructure projects within mining logistics, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will coordinate with contractors and stakeholders across sites at Damparan.

The role requires 3–5 years in civil engineering for port/jetty facilities with strong drawing review and project management skills; readiness to base on-site with a 6:2 roster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
• 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, project engineering, or construction management within mining, port, marine, or heavy infrastructure sectors.
• Experience in the development and construction of: Port & Jetty Facilities, Stockpile Areas, Drainage Systems, Workshops & Warehouses, Office Buildings and Supporting Facilities
• Strong understanding of earthworks, concrete structures, steel structures, foundations, and infrastructure construction.
• Proficient in reviewing engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction supervision.
• Willing to be based at operational/site areas in Damparan, Central Kalimantan with roster 6 on: 2 off (6:2) schedule.

Ensure the planning, development, maintenance, and integrity of port civil infrastructure to support safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant port operations while optimizing asset performance, quality, cost, and project delivery.

As a part of Port Barging & Transshipment (PT Baruna Dirga Dharma | PT Dianta Daya Embara | PT Pelabuhan Buana Reja) and subsidiaries of PT. ABM Investama Tbk. The incumbent will be assigned to PT Pelabuhan Buana Reja (under third parties) the mining logistics ecosystem sector, focusing on professional, safe, and efficient port service solutions, particularly for the handling of bulk commodities and energy product.

• This role will be assigned to a third-party client/partner for a fixed period as part of the Company's operational support services.
