Job summary

Interport Group is seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator to oversee safety on mining construction projects. You will implement HSE policies, conduct risk assessments, and lead safety inductions and investigations.

The role requires coordination with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders, with willingness to work in remote mining areas on a roster-based schedule. Qualifications include a bachelor's in Engineering or OH&S and a minimum of five years in HSE coordination, plus POP/Ahli K3

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or OH&S or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as HSE Coordinator in construction, preferably mining.
• Valid POP, Ahli K3 Umum/Ahli K3 Konstruksi certification.
• Strong knowledge of mining and construction safety standards.
• Experience in HIRA/JSA, toolbox meetings, safety induction, and investigations.
• Ability to develop and implement HSE plans and site programs.
• Familiar with PTW, Contractor Safety Management, and heavy equipment operations.
• Good English is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise HSE activities on mining construction sites.
• Conduct HIRA/JSA, toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and training.
• Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures, and safety programs.
• Monitor PTW, contractor safety management, and heavy equipment operations.
• Investigate incidents and prepare corrective action reports.
• Ensure compliance with POP and K3 regulations on site.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Willing to work remote mining areas on a roster schedule.
