Job summary

PT Dharma Henwa Tbk is seeking a senior leader to drive business development, tendering, and planning for mining construction projects. You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, and cost control while coordinating with clients, owners, and contractors.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals, BoQ, cost estimates, baseline schedules, and performance reporting to management. Candidates should have 10+ years in construction with 3-5 years in leadership roles in BD, tender, planning or cost

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in the construction industry with at least 3-5 years in managerial roles in BD, Tender, Project Planning or Cost Control.
• Experience in civil construction projects, especially in mining, is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of tender estimation, BoQ, unit price analysis, project budgeting and cost control.
• Proficient in project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.

Lead business development, tender, project planning, and cost control activities for construction projects, particularly in the mining sector. Responsible for project budgeting, scheduling, cost monitoring, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 3-5 years of managerial experience in Business Development, Tender, Project Planning, or Cost Control functions.
• Experience in civil construction projects, particularly within the mining industry, will be highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of tender estimation, Bill of Quantity (BoQ), unit price analysis, project budgeting, and cost control.
• Proficient in project planning and scheduling, including Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities and preparing project proposals.
• Leading the preparation of cost estimates, BoQ, and tender documents.
• Controlling project planning, baseline schedules, and overall project budgets.
• Monitoring actual project costs against the budget and presenting project performance reports to management.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, particularly with clients, project owners, and contractors.
