Job summary

PT Global Jet Express is seeking a Compensation & Performance (Payroll Mandarin) specialist to manage monthly payroll processing, including salary, allowances, deductions, overtime, and related components.

You will coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate data, prepare payroll reports, and support data analysis. Mandarin-speaking stakeholders will be engaged as needed, and a Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of payroll experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in payroll or HR administration; payroll process experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical/data analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with HRIS/payroll systems.
• Good understanding of Indonesian payroll practices and employment regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential employee information.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Handle payroll administration including salary, allowances, deductions, overtime, and related components.
• Ensure payroll data is accurate and properly maintained in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and related departments regarding payroll matters.
• Prepare payroll reports and support payroll reconciliation and data analysis.
• Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and provide appropriate clarification.
• Support payroll-related projects and process improvements.
• Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders when required.
