Job summary

KORRUN GROUP in Indonesia seeks a Center of Excellence Expert to design compensation compliance and organizational performance policy systems. You will manage the SSOC system and lead compensation approvals, analysis, and design across all bases.

Core duties include designing compensation structures, benchmarking, and bonus pool design; ensuring BPJS, THR, and severance compliance; and cross-base organizational alignment.

Qualifications

• Expert in Indonesian labor law, compensation and social security regulations.
• Experience designing bonus pools and long-term incentives.
• Master methods for market percentile benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Design compensation structure and salary adjustment matrices for Indonesia.
• Manage compliance for BPJS, THR, and severance pay.
• Develop company-wide performance systems and incentive plans.
• Formulate cross-base organizational structures and job evaluation.
• Control labor costs and budget for salary adjustments and bonus pools.
