Job summary

Pt. Global Jet Express is seeking a meticulous Compensation and Benefits Specialist to design, implement, and manage competitive programs in Tangerang.

You will analyze market data, ensure regulatory compliance, and administer health, retirement, and other benefits to support a strong total rewards strategy. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with HRIS and compensation software, and the ability to communicate program details to staff and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits administration.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market compensation data and trends to ensure competitive salary structures.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
• Develop and manage the annual salary review process and bonus programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits regulations.
• Communicate program details and changes effectively to employees and management.
• Support HR in developing and implementing total rewards strategies in Banten.
