Job summary

Talent HuntPH is seeking a meticulous Compensation & Benefit Staff for a coffee-chain client in Jakarta. You will manage HR processes, payroll settings, BPJS administration, and onboarding/offboarding using Yonyou and related systems.

The role requires at least 1 year in HR, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information across multiple stores and teams. This on-site position offers growth in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of HR experience focused on compensation & benefits.
• Experience with HR systems like Yonyou and BPJS.
• Strong organization and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Handle applications and settings in Lark and Feishui, including approval lines, attendance, and other HR configurations.
• Update Yonyou database, manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and Bumida for multiple PTs, including registration and deactivation.
• Coordinate Sands Group and Jetcare insurance; liaise with Jetcare and follow up on contribution amounts.
• Oversee employee-related contributions for weddings, childbirth, and family bereavement.
• Distribute payroll slips via email to all employees.
• Coordinate with BPJS RO for work accidents and data support.
• Prepare employment certificates and termination letters.
• Check attendance records across stores, HQ, and back office zones.
• Update payroll data for entry/exit, salary adjustments, and related payroll docs.
• Calculate compensation for store employee training and manage leave records.
• Recap and calculate employee overtime.
