Job summary

CATL seeks a Compensation & Benefits specialist to manage payroll data, enrollments, and market surveys in Indonesia. You will ensure BPJS compliance, administer private medical insurances, and handle confidential salary information with high accuracy.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of C&B or payroll experience, strong Excel, and English communication skills, with Mandarin a plus. Collaboration with HR and Finance is essential for total rewards design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Accounting, or Mathematics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or payroll administration.
• Strong understanding of PPh 21 income tax, and BPJS health/social security compliance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience managing HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & Calculate payroll data: overtime, allowances, and other components.
• Manage mandatory BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan enrollments and monthly payments.
• Administer private medical insurances or company-provided allowances.
• Conduct salary bench marking and market surveys.
• Design job grading, evaluation systems, and compensation structures.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or payroll administration
• Strong understanding of PPh 21 income tax, and BPJS health/social security compliance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience managing HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
• Ability to handle salary benchmarking, payroll processing, budget modeling, and total rewards design
• Strong data analysis, high accuracy with numbers, and strict confidentiality
• Good English communication skills Able to speak Mandarin is a plus
