Job summary

PT Kao Indonesia (Jakarta) seeks a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to design and implement C&B strategies aligned with business goals. You will manage HRIS and attendance systems, ensure compliance with labor laws including PPH 21, and monitor program budgets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years' experience in C&B, preferably in FMCG, with strong Excel skills and data reporting. Placement is Head Office, Jakarta.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of compensation/benefits experience.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws incl. PPH 21.
• Proficient in Excel and data reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• FMCG industry experience preferred.

Job description

• Understand payroll processes in alignment with the company’s compensation and benefits strategy (include about wage standards, and salary concepts).
• Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies systems and procedures aligned with company objectives and industry competitiveness.
• Manage and oversee HR-related databases, including HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and time attendance systems.
• Knowledgeable about labor laws and other regulations related to employment, also PPH 21.
• Develop and implement the concept of grading systems and the mechanism for their creation.
• Manage the budget for compensation and benefits programs ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Management or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Compensation benefits, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• English is preferred,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and capable of providing data reports.
• Accustomed to operating, verifying, and monitoring large amounts of data.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
