Job summary

Chikuro in Bandung is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to manage salary surveys, benchmarking and statutory benefits. The role requires a degree in HR/related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

You will analyze compensation data, work with HRIS/payroll systems, and communicate clearly with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in compensation and benefits or a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws, employment regulations, and statutory benefits requirements.
• Proficiency in compensation and benefits analysis, including salary surveys and benchmarking methodologies.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling sensitive financial and personal information.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent recognised qualification (preferred but not essential).
